SUMMARY:NEW DATE - 2020 OT Challenge Hike
DESCRIPTION:The OT Challenge Hike is not just a great time\, it’s our largest fundraiser.  After only three years\, the event has generated $75\,000 to help maintain Missouri’s longest trail. \n\n\n\nWhat is it? The Challenge Hike is a fundraiser AND hike. Each registered hiker commits to raising $1\,250 for the Ozark Trail Association and participates in a 17 mile hike. \nWhat if I can’t hike 17 miles? Don’t worry! You can still raise funds for the OTA and be a “virtual” hiker. What a great way to support the organization! \nWhat if I don’t reach my fundraising goal? Don’t worry! It’s easier than you think! There are plenty of current and past participants that are willing to share their techniques and success stories. It is a fundraiser\, so we need you to make a good-faith effort. You can start by reaching out to family and friends and sponsors are the simplest and quickest way to achieve success! \nWhat’s in it for me? The best part of this fundraiser is the group of committed hikers! You’ll be treated to a festive weekend with free camping\, free food\, fellowship\, campfire\, music and all sorts of OTA/Challenge Hike swag. \nWhere is the hike? The hike is scheduled to start at Bass River Resort\, near Steelville\, Missouri. \nHow do I get involved? DESCRIPTION:It’s time to gather the troops and sign up for the 8th Annual Ozark Trail Association Trivia Night!   This is always a great time and a great way to support the work of the Ozark Trail Association’s volunteers! \nSaturday\, February 8\, 2020 \nAffton Elks Lodge\, 6330 Heege Road\, Affton\, MO 63123 \nFEATURING: \n•Ten rounds of ten questions of general trivia as well as questions about the Ozark Trail \n•Beer and soda set-ups provided \n•Please\, no outside alcohol!  We want to be in compliance with the policies \nPlease feel free to bring your own food spread for your table \n•50/50 drawings\, an AWESOME raffle and a killer Silent Auction and much more!  We will have a square                     on site for payments. \n•8 persons/table @ $20/person \n•Set up begins at 4 pm with doors opening at 6 pm and Trivia questions begin at 7 pm. \nTo reserve a table\,  e-mail kathie.brennan55@gmail.com
